The Nimman13 Guesthouse, Chiang Mai

I had a mixed experience at The Nimman13 Guesthouse. While the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the ground-floor room I stayed in had some significant issues. There was a musty smell, awkward layout, and an annoying water pump sound that made it hard to sleep. However, the location was great, surrounded by restaurants, and the laundry service was excellent.

I honestly intended to stay just one night but ended up enjoying my time here for three weeks. The guesthouse possesses a homely charm that makes it feel inviting, although the ground-floor room I chose had some significant issues.
